Luke J. Carter

Co-Founder

Luke is a scientifically minded, numbers driven person, with a passion for creating and innovating. He has been involved in numerous successful start-ups, from automotive and telecoms to food and drinks.

Having grown up on building sites, Luke started investing in property in 2006 and has completed residential refurbishments and development works while expanding his personal buy-to-let portfolio.

Luke specialises in Funding, Commodities, Banking and Trading at Carter & Co. Through an extensive network of principals and trusted partners, he adds value to supply, delivery and expansion plans.

He loves playing the drums, hi-fidelity music, flying, anything technical, building things, cherished motor cars and helping good causes and projects.

James W. Carter

Co-Founder

Having enjoyed a successful professional football career with Millwall, Liverpool, Arsenal and Portsmouth, Jimmy embarked on his next passion in life, property investment and development.

Jimmy has undertaken numerous development projects, personally and commercially, in the UK and overseas, with experience taking projects from inception through planning, development and completion.

Through contacts at the highest levels of property, Jimmy continues to deliver opportunities to investors and developers in the residential and commercial sectors. Development funding and joint venture projects are another area where he excels.

Jimmy loves giving back and supports projects and visions close to his heart.
