Liquidity Against Eligible Holdings
Potential borrowing routes for qualifying holders who require liquidity and wish to explore collateralised structures rather than an immediate disposal.
For qualifying professional, corporate and sophisticated private counterparties, Carter Family Office can consider introductions to specialist providers offering lending secured against eligible digital assets.
The role of Carter FO is selective and relationship-led: to understand the requirement, consider whether an appropriate specialist route may exist and, where suitable, coordinate an introduction. Carter FO does not itself provide crypto-backed loans, custody cryptoassets or provide crypto investment advice.

Potential borrowing routes for qualifying holders who require liquidity and wish to explore collateralised structures rather than an immediate disposal.
Where a qualifying borrower is exploring whether eligible digital assets can support a wider commercial or property-related liquidity requirement.
Selected corporate, family-office or professional requirements involving digital-asset collateral and an appropriate specialist lending counterparty.
Review the borrower profile, jurisdiction, liquidity requirement, asset type, approximate collateral value and intended use of proceeds.
If there appears to be a fit, introduce an appropriate third-party provider able to assess the proposed collateral and borrower.
The provider determines eligibility, valuation methodology, loan-to-value, custody or security arrangements, pricing, margin requirements and legal terms.
Any facility proceeds only after the provider’s KYC/AML, credit, legal, collateral and other approval requirements have been satisfied.
Crypto-backed borrowing can carry materially different risks from conventional secured lending. The value of collateral may move rapidly, which can create margin calls, requirements for additional collateral or forced liquidation under the provider’s terms.
Counterparty, custody, legal, tax, technology and jurisdictional risks may also be relevant. Independent legal, tax and financial advice should be taken before entering any facility.
Carter & Co. / Carter Family Office is not FCA authorised, does not provide cryptoasset custody, exchange or investment advice, and does not itself offer crypto-backed loans. Any facility is provided solely by the relevant third-party provider and remains subject to eligibility, regulatory requirements, KYC/AML, collateral acceptance, valuation, margin and liquidation terms, legal documentation and final approval. Cryptoassets can be highly volatile and borrowers may lose some or all pledged collateral if contractual thresholds are breached.
For qualifying counterparties with a defined liquidity requirement and eligible digital-asset collateral.
