On the property side, we invest, construct, develop and refurbish mainly residential property, both within the UK and overseas.

 

We are actively involved in development, joint ventures, funding developments - either privately or through our trusted network of funding partners - and with sourcing off-market deals, as well as strategic planning gain and regeneration projects.

We have a passion for property, and have been operating in the residential property sector since 1988. On this website you will be able to see a handful of our private projects.
