Luke J. Carter
Co-Founder
Luke is a scientifically minded, numbers driven person, who has a passion for creating and innovating.
Luke has been involved in numerous successful start-ups, from automotive and telecoms, to food and drinks.
Having grown up on building sites, Luke started investing in property in 2006, and has since completed numerous residential refurbishments and development works, as well as expanding his personal portfolio of buy to let properties.
Property wise, Luke's vision is to expand Carter & Co.'s presence in terms of property development and funding, and with strategic planning gain and re-generation projects.
Luke also specialises in Funding, Commodities, Banking and Trading at Carter & Co., and through his extensive network of Principals and trusted partners, Luke adds value to supply, delivery and expansion plans.
Luke loves playing the drums, hi-fidelity music, flying, anything technical, building things, cherished motor cars, and helping good causes and projects.
Luke is also passionate about helping people, through his work and purpose, to live their best lives.
James W. Carter
Co-Founder
Having enjoyed a successful Professional football career with Millwall, Liverpool, Arsenal and Portsmouth, Jimmy embarked on his next passion in life, Property investment and development.
Jimmy has undertaken numerous development projects, both personally and commercially, in the UK and overseas, and has vast experience in taking projects from inception, through planning, into the development stage, and to completion.
Through his excellent contacts at the very highest level in the world of Property, Jimmy continues to deliver opportunities to investors and developers, both in the residential and commercial sectors. Development funding and joint venture projects are another area where Jimmy excels in.
Jimmy loves giving back, and supports projects and visions that are close to his heart.
He is passionate about Capital Growth strategies to raise funds for these causes and projects, supporting various outlets for charitable giving, including grass-roots level targeted schemes.
